6/4/2014: Travel Approval (TA) arrived

5/22/14: Article 5 Ready to be picked up

5/8/14: Docs approved

5/1/14: Turned in all docs to Guangzi to be processed at US Consulate

4/30/14: NVC arrived

4/26/14: I-800 and I-800A approvals arrived

4/22/14: Biometrics

4/8/14: CAN approval arrived

3/19/14: LOA arrived

3/10/14: Said "Yes" to get our adopted girl! 

3/06/14: Referral arrived

Waiting for Travel Approval (TA)

Our article 5 was ready 2 days ago. Now we wait for TA--the final step. I didn't think anything could be worse than having to wait for Christmas as a kid--but this is brutal, we are trying to keep our minds busy with other things so as to help time go quickly!! Marsjon is painting rooms to get ready. I'm working to raise the last bit of money.
